MAFS Eden and Jayden’s wedding was really a case of love at first sight.
They are among the fans’ favourite couples in the latest instalment of Married At First Sight, primarily due to their fierce protection of each other and relatable personalities.
They’re the sort of couple you could envision hanging out with (others, not so much). And, when they tied the knot in the hit show at Braeside Estate, located on the Gold Coast, it was nothing short of spectacular.
Mel, the Founder and Creative Director of Unique Weddings, was present on the day and recalled what happened during the first ceremony.
“It was a hot day, she says. ” I remember cutting off my jeans; it was so hot while working on the set. “
So, if you thought it was just pre-wedding jitters that had Jayden with sweaty palms, it now appears that wasn’t the case.
As for the floral choice for the day, she provides information on the thought process that went on to create their fairytale wedding.
“The colour palette for this wedding was very bold, ” she recalls. “The combination of flowers was beautiful, with orchids, roses, and foliage to complement it.”
She continues: “We put in and removed a lot of flowers on this wedding to get it just right. A lot of props were culled and sent back to the truck. Too big and too bold are sometimes only for some. The ceremony space had a lovely cascading waterfall of flowers to cover up the huge English box hedge.”
The result? Well, the pictures speak for themselves—simply beautiful.
